We work collaboratively with intermediaries, such as investment banks and business brokers, industry executives, lawyers, accountants, commercial bankers, and consultants.  We are flexible in developing deal structures that are responsive to the needs of each business owner.  We pursue each investment opportunity with integrity and responsiveness. Relationships Matter. 

We pay buy-side fees and are open to working with independent sponsors under a mutually acceptable business arrangement that values the contribution and input of both parties.
