Galati Cheese

Galati Cheese is a manufacturer of mozzarella, ricotta, and other artisan cheese varieties headquartered in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.  Galati was lovingly built by Guiseppe Galati who believed that as long as you took care of the customers, the business would flourish.  Through Mr. Galati’s passion and customer centric focus, the business has grown over its 50-year history.  We are honored to have the opportunity to partner with Guiseppe and his family in growing this business into the future.  

The company serves a large and diverse customer base, consisting of retailers, distributors and direct foodservice accounts, primarily independently owned pizzerias.  Galati has an excellent track record of growth which has been fueled by product and customer expansion.
