Actron Engineering

Actron Engineering is a manufacturer of precision machined parts and assemblies primarily serving the aerospace and defense markets.  Actron was founded in 1963 primarily as a sheet metal shop and has since evolved to offer a focused array of capabilities and services required for a sizeable segment of military defense programs.  The increased level of value-added offerings has led the business to support an impressive number of the top aerospace and defense companies on multiple critical programs.  Actron has grown their business through investments in machinery, processes and people to expand the breadth of their offerings and make the company a one-stop shop to meet the complex requirements of its customers.

Kirtland's investment in Actron and partnership with the existing management team will support the continued growth of the business.  The company will be exploring ways to add additional capabilities through strategic acquisitions and capital investments to enhance their offerings to existing customers and attract new ones.
