Steve Todd is a retired Ernst & Young Partner who has served clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, financial services, chemicals, consumer products and health care. He also held leadership positions with the firm serving as EY’s Lake Erie Area Managing Partner for Assurance Services during the 1990s and later as the firm’s Global Vice-Chairman for Professional Practice based in London. Steve has extensive experience in performing financial due diligence in connection with mergers and acquisitions by corporate and private equity firms and assisting emerging growth companies in initial public stock offerings. He currently serves as a director on two public company boards and as a trustee for John Carroll University.
