Michael Howley

Managing Partner - Bratenahl Capital Partners

Mike Howley is the Managing Partner of Bratenahl Capital Partners, a private investment firm. Prior to Bratenahl Capital Partners, Mike was a transactor at the Riverside Company, a private equity fund in Cleveland and New York City, with approximately $4.6 billion of assets under management. Before his employment at the Riverside Company, Mike worked in the Leveraged Finance investment banking group at Credit Suisse in New York City. He was actively involved in over $2 billion of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, restructurings, financings, and mergers & acquisitions for both corporate and financial sponsors. Mike began his career in Finance at National City Bank (now PNC Bank) in the Capital Markets and Equity Sponsor areas.  

Mike serves on the board of Lightning Diversion Systems in Huntington Beach, California, is a Trustee of Gilmour Academy and is on the Advancement Committee at Saint Martin De Porres High School. He is a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College with a Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance.
