Precision Dialogue is unique in that it combines the data acumen of a traditional marketing services provider with the analytical sophistication of a leading consulting organization and the integrated, multi-channel delivery of larger direct and digital marketing agencies. 

Precision Dialogue began with a meeting between Kirtland and an industry executive who had an investment thesis. Kirtland was open to the idea of working with the industry executive toward the advancement of the investment thesis and leveraged its network to identify the two companies that became the core of Precision Dialogue's service offerings.

We worked alongside the senior management team to develop an integrated sales and marketing strategy, acquired additional businesses to bolster the company’s capabilities, and supported internal investments to expand the depth and breadth of the company’s service offering.  When we exited the business in 2016, Precision Dialogue was recognized in the industry for best-in-class strategy, data management, analystics, email and direct mail capabilities.
