Truck Bodies and Equipment International (TBEI) is North America’s leading manufacturer and installer of dump bodies and related equipment. Kirtland identified the consolidation opportunity within this market and through a series of acquisitions assembled five of the leading brands serving the class 3 – 8 vocational truck market.  Following the acquisitions, we recruited a strong management team to lead the business and worked with them to build an integrated organization.

Kirtland helped guide and support the company through a very challenging industry and economic cycle. TBEI came out of this downturn as a stronger and more diverse business through ongoing investments in new product development. Kirtland successfully exited its investment in TBEI in 2015.
