Ralph Della Ratta

Ralph M. Della Ratta, Jr. joined Kirtland in 2022 as a Partner after many successful years leading well-respected investment banks, most recently Western Reserve Partners and Citizens Bank. Through his career, he has helped hundreds of founder and family owned businesses achieve their goals through successful exit processes, generating substantial wealth for these individuals and their families.  Ralph has been a long-time supporter of Kirtland and an investor with Kirtland since 2015.

Ralph's contributions extend well beyond the M&A community, including a wide array of corporate and philanthropic endeavors.  He served as the Chair of the Board of Trustees of Kent State University, as a member of Board of Directors of the Duke Alumni Association and is a long-standing member of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals of Cleveland, just to name a few.   

Ralph received his undergraduate degree from Duke University.  He is a graduate of American Graduate School of International Management’s MBA program and also has a graduate degree in banking from Rutgers University.
