When Form Tech’s co-owners were looking for someone to help them take their business to the next level, they chose Kirtland as their partner based on our experience with equipment rental businesses and the industry expertise of our investors.

Through Kirtland’s experiences with Essex Crane Rental, PDM Bridge and SmartSource Computer & Audio Visual Rentals, our expertise in working with rental businesses and understanding of the broader construction services market was readily apparent to Form Tech’s owners from the initial meeting. 

Kirtland also has been able to leverage the experience of its investors, one of whom previously managed a similar business to Form Tech and another who owns and operates a general contracting business. Both investors were involved in Kirtland’s initial review of the business and continue to actively support Form Tech’s management team and serve on its board of directors.
